Cyberbanking Operations

You will be presented the [Accounts] screen after you have successfully logged into your Cyberbanking account. From the [Accounts] screen, you can obtain an integrated overview of all the registered bank accounts under your name, whether in your sole name or held jointly with others, including

  • Account balances and status records of your deposit accounts
  • On the [Accounts] screen, you can also choose to perform different account activities via the drop-down menu next to each account :
    • Transactions
    • Download
    • Transfers
    • Stop Payments
    • Statements 
 

You can choose to view your transaction history and the image of your cleared check posted since the last statement, within the last 7, 15 or 30 days, or by specifying different search criteria, such as a range of dates, dollar amounts, or check numbers.

Your account balances and transaction records are updated on each banking day. They include new payments and transfers carried out at our branch or submitted through Cyberbanking before 3:45 p.m. EST on every banking day.

For money market and checking accounts, you can make enquiries on your transaction history up to the last 24 months.

You can choose to download your transactions that are posted after the last download, since the last statement date, or between a range of dates specified by you, in formats that are accepted by common spreadsheets (.CSV) and word processing packages (.TXT).

You can make one-time (immediate or future) and scheduled (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly) transfer of funds between your own registered money market and checking accounts within the Bank.

You can transfer up to the available balance in your account.

You can make funds transfers at any time during the day.

There is no extra service charge for making a funds transfer through Cyberbanking. 

Immediate funds transfers completed before 3:45 p.m. EST on a banking day is processed online and the transfer amount is deducted from your withdrawal account immediately. Immediate funds transfer completed after 3:45 p.m. EST Monday to Friday, during weekends and holidays will be posted with your account debited on the following banking day. For scheduled funds transfers, the transfer amount is deducted from your withdrawal account on the execution day.

You will receive a confirmation number if the funds transfer has been accepted. For immediate funds transfers, you can check your account balance and your transaction history after the transaction has been completed. For scheduled funds transfers, you can check your account balance and transaction history after your withdrawal account has been debited on the execution date.

If there are insufficient available funds in your withdrawal account to cover the transfer, the transfer will fail to complete or will be reversed. You may receive an alert notice when you log in to Cyberbanking, provided that you have activated the corresponding event alert in the [Alerts] function within [Options] in Cyberbanking. 

If there is insufficient money in your account to cover the funds transfer when the Bank processes the transaction on the execution date, the funds transfer will not be processed.

Yes, you can inquire, edit or cancel your scheduled funds transfer anytime you wish.

You can schedule a one-time funds transfer to take place on the same banking day.

Each stop payment order you placed via Cyberbanking will stop one check. If you need to stop more than one check, you should enter one stop payment order for each check you want to stop.

For the loss of your check book, please contact branch personnel directly and have them handle your stop payment instruction immediately to ensure that the possibility of any of the lost checks being paid is removed. 

At the very least, after selecting your account, you must provide the check date, check number, and payee. Please be aware that your stop payment order is valid for only six months from the date the stop payment order is placed.

Please contact our branch for details or refer to the most updated fee schedule.

You can submit a stop check request anytime on any banking day, provided that the check or checks are unpaid. During weekends or on bank holidays, the stop payment request will not be processed until our branch opens on the following banking day.

You can view, print and save a copy of previous bank statements online. These statements are available in PDF, HTML, and Text format. The simplest method is to view the statements in HTML format.

If you have turned on the alert for statements in [Alert] function, you can receive an alert upon login to Cyberbanking after a statement has been generated. 

At present, statements are available for the following types of accounts:

  • Checking Accounts
  • Money Market Deposit Accounts 

Statements that have been generated since you have signed up for Cyberbanking can be made available in Cyberbanking. You can view, print and save up to twelve (12) months of previous statements online.

Yes, you are welcome to send us your queries and to give us your comments through the Cyberbanking [Contact] function.

Messages will stay in your Cyberbanking Message Center within the [Contact] function, as long as it is not full. The oldest message(s) will be automatically deleted when the maximum capacity is exceeded.

You can change your e-mail address anytime through the [Personal] function within [Options].

For your convenience, we send transaction confirmations and messages to both your Cyberbanking Message Centre and your e-mail address registered with us. If you have left the e-mail address blank, we will send all confirmations and messages to your Cyberbanking Message Centre only. Later on, if you wish to have e-mails sent to your own e-mail address, you can register your e-mail address with us using the [Personal] function within [Options].

For security reasons, you are required to change your PIN when you log in for the first time into the system. We also recommend that you change your PIN periodically, e.g every 30 days, using the [Personal] function within [Options].

If you cannot remember your PIN, please visit our branch. Our staff will issue a new PIN to you.

For security reasons, you should change your PIN immediately. After that, you are advised to check all your account balances. If you find any discrepancies in your accounts, please contact us as soon as possible.

In such an event, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us the details of the unauthorized transactions.
