Whom can I call if I am not able to access Cyberbanking, even though I have entered my account number and PIN correctly?

If the system does not respond after I have confirmed a transaction, how will I know whether or not the transaction has been processed?
For online funds transfers, you can check the account balance and transaction history through the [Accounts] function. For scheduled funds transfers and stop payments, you can go to the inquiry function in [Transfers] and [Stop Payments] function respectively to view the infromation.
I am already using the recommended version of the browser and its required settings but I still have problems in viewing some of the web pages. What should I do?
You should check your connection to your Internet Service Provider (ISP). The problem may also be due to heavy traffic on the Internet. In such case, we recommend that you try to connect again later.
What should I do if I receive the message "Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here..."?
To stop the blocking of Cyberbanking’s pop-up windows, try one of the following 2 procedures:
A. Accept the pop-up windows being blocked
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.)
- Click on Settings
- In the “Privacy and security” section, select “Site Setting”
- Click “Pop-ups and redirects”
- Select “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects”, the system will automatically save your settings.

B. Update the list of exceptional sites that allow pop-ups
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.)
- Click on Settings
- In the “Privacy and security” section, select “Site Setting”
- Click “Pop-ups and redirects”
- Under [Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects], add the following web addresses:
